How do I find my bracelet size?
Finding the right size is key to making sure your bracelet feels comfortable and looks just right.
Measure your wrist. Use a flexible measuring tape, or a piece of string and a ruler. Wrap it just below your wrist bone, where you normally wear your bracelets.
Add length for your fit:
- 0.25 inches for a snug fit
- 0.5 inches for a standard fit
- 1 inch for a looser fit
Two tips: measure both wrists, since one is often slightly larger, and if you're between sizes we recommend sizing up.

What does gold filled mean?
Gold filled is made by bonding a thick layer of real gold to a base metal using heat and pressure. This makes it far more durable and long lasting than gold plated jewelry, which has a very thin layer that can wear off quickly.
We choose gold filled because it offers a beautiful, high-quality finish that holds up to everyday wear. With the right care, your pieces can last for years without losing their look.
What are seed beads?
Seed beads are tiny glass beads that come in a wide range of colors and finishes, and they're the heart of many Willow pieces.
We select high-quality Japanese seed beads for three reasons:
- Consistent shape and size, for a clean and refined look
- Strong, well-finished holes that help prevent cracking
- Long-lasting color that stays vibrant over time
Not all beads are created equal. Lower-quality, mass-produced beads may fade, lose their shape or wear down quickly.
Can I wear my bracelet every day?
Yes. Our bracelets are designed for everyday wear: lightweight, comfortable and made with durable materials, whether worn on their own or stacked.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Our pieces are water resistant, but to keep them looking their best we recommend limiting contact with perfumes, lotions, soaps and chlorinated water.
For everyday care:
- Wipe your jewelry gently with a soft cloth after wearing
- Rinse with warm water if needed, and dry thoroughly
- Store in a clean, dry place when not in use
If a piece comes into contact with chemicals, clean it as soon as you can to help preserve the shine.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made by hand, so orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days. Once shipped, they usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping is free on all orders over $60. For orders under $60, a flat rate of $6 applies.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Every piece is made by hand, and we look at each situation personally.
We offer exchanges on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and custom pieces aren't eligible for exchange. We don't offer refunds.
