Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders over $45. For orders under $45, a flat rate of $6 applies.

Processing time

Every piece is made by hand, so orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, it usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delayed, lost or stolen parcels

Once a parcel is handed over to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost parcels, or parcels marked as delivered but not received. If this happens, we recommend:

• Contacting USPS directly with your tracking number
• Checking with neighbours and your local post office
• Filing a claim with the carrier if the parcel is lost
• Contacting your local authorities if you suspect theft

Shipping addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has shipped.
